Doodle for Google

Doodle for Google is a project we had to do this week. When had to invent something that will help the world in the future.
My invent was a pencil that is always sharpen and will never get short. It will help schools, workers, and artists.

During The Week..

During the past week, we had to work on4 seasons. Well doing the four season all of them have to be different mediums like one has to be digital and the others can be markers, crayons, color pencils, or even maybe paint..

Sketches of Self portait

This week we are working on self portaits, and we started having to sketch it out then we are going to draw on 11x17 paper and use a different medium other than oil paint.

When the sketches are all done. There will be a final project.

Self Portraits

We have to look up 5 different self portraits from other artist/creatives. We also have to write down their Name and what interests.

1.) Gustave Courbet
His self portrait, interests me by how his face reaction in the drawing.

The self portrait he has, all different colors on it as the shades of his face.

3.) Bernard Karamazov

The self portrait he had created was more as a big bubble head guy he did as himself. Also how he look like he printed out the outline and colored inside of the lines.

4.) Ira Chernova

The self portrait was a photo and the way she did it was the lighting in the picture points out of the colors in her hair and how her face was whiter in the picture than in life.

5.) Lex Wilson

The self portrait of him is three different pictures into one. But the three pictures of him is different each time. Like hear no evil, see no evil, and say no evil.

Sketches

Everyday we have to sketch at least 10 pictures a day. Its about 40% of my grade. Lately it has been hard to sketch different things when your trying so hard to get the first project done.

First Project in Design.

Being in Design class for a couple weeks now and we got our first project. Finding an artist that we really enjoy and printing one of the their projects on 11x17 piece of paper with lines on it. So the artist I choose Vincent van Gogh Almonds Blossoms.

Watercolors

When you use watercolor is different than actually using paint. Its more runny and messy. But you can always make different things with it. Even you can add salt to your water color paintings and watch how the salt soak up some of the water. So it will be lighter than you paint at first. Its fun try it some time:)
